Quality assurance
ISO 9001
Having a quality management system implies that one has created a structure for how to work with quality issues. Furthermore, there are solid business practices and routines documented in a quality manual. Customers naturally demand products with characteristics that meet their needs and expectations. When working with a quality management system these needs and expectations are expressed in the product specifications. The customers' requirements can be specified either by the customer or by the NDE. In both cases, it is ultimately the customer who decides whether the product is acceptable or not. NDE improves and refines its products and services in response to changes in customer needs and expectations and technological advances.
